OLBC Merchandise - Order Form
Getting yours is easy:
1) Decide - Look at the form and decide what you want (we won't judge if you want it all!);
2) Order - Fill out the form and e-mail it through to surf@orewalongbaordclub.com OR bring it with you to the next club night; and,
3) Pay - Either by depositing monies to the club bank account (details & instructions on the form) OR by bringing cash to the next club night.
A few things to remember:
- We are not ordering any extras - this means you can ONLY get the kit by ordering.
- Kit will not be ordered until payment is received.
- Kit ordered in the first two weeks of the month will be available for pickup at the next club night (in October this will be prize giving - Wednesday October 18th).
